Mackerel pie with Vitapep snack peppers

Preheat the oven to 200 °C

Knead a dough made from flour, butter, half an egg, salt and water. Put it in the refrigerator for a little while

Wash the Vitapep snackpeppers, remove the stems and seeds. Then cut the Vitapep snackpeppers into strips or any other shape of your choice to put on top of the cake

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the Vitapep snackpepper strips for 5 minutes until soft

Clean the mackerel and divide into pieces

Roll out the dough and line a baking tray with it

Beat the eggs, add the cream, thyme, salt and pepper and mix

Arrange the mackerel and Vitapep snackpeppers over the bottom and pour the egg mixture on top

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 35-40 minutes
