Frittata with Sorriso pointed peppers

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees

Clean the Sorriso pointed peppers and remove the seeds. After this, cut into pieces.

Grab a mixing bowl; Break the eggs and mix until smooth.

In the mixing bowl with the egg mixture, add the pieces of pointed peppers, the cheese, sour cream, fresh spinach, oregano and salt & pepper.

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the mixing bowl along with the remaining oil.

Mix this mixture well.

Take the oven pan or baking dish and grease it with some butter, then cover with baking paper.

Fill the oven pan/oven dish with the liquid mixture and spread the bigger ingredients throughout the pan.

Place the pan in the heated oven for about 30-40 minutes, covered with aluminium foil. Enjoy!
