Delicious fries or chips , whatever you want to call it, but just a little bit different.

Heat the deep fryer to 180 degrees

Mix together the mayonnaise, truffle tapenade and truffle oil

Clean the snack peppers and remove the seeds, cut the snack peppers into about 6 to 8 strips. (In length)

Grab a large mixing bowl. Mix together the flour, baking powder, beer, salt, and paprika powder until it is a batter. (The batter may be liquid, the idea is to have a thin layer sticking around the snack pepper) If it is too thin, you can add some extra flour on to make the batter slightly thicker

Partially dip a handful of snack pepper strips into the batter, and one by one add those dipped snack peppers into the fryer. Work with small amounts like 7 to 8 strips per round of frying, otherwise the chips will stick together (Depends on the size of the fryer)

Once the fries are golden brown, you can remove them from the fryer with a wire spatula and let them drain on some kitchen paper. Sprinkle some salt over the fries

Serve in a nice bowl with the truffle tapenade
